Gorgeous roasted maple neck
Leo Fender wasn't afraid to think outside the box when it came to guitar designs. In the 1950s and well into the 1970s, the blonde natural maple neck became almost synonymous with Fender guitars. This Sweetwater-exclusive American Professional Strat ups the ante by roasting the maple neck, along with adding a comfortable Modern Deep C shape, rosewood fingerboard, jumbo frets, and a 9.5" radius.
'69 Custom Shop single-coil pickups
This Sweetwater-exclusive American Professional Stratocaster is loaded with three '69 Custom Shop single-coil pickups that deliver all the legendary Strat spank, sparkle, chime and chunk of the originals — only with less noise. Fender American 2-point tremolo
